This module, the HE693THM449 (which has both processing's, known as digital and linear, completed on the device itself) helps give permission to the sensors of the thermocouple temperature, aiding them to link directly with the programmable logic controller, with no need for transmitters and any kind of external signal processors.

The amount of power this module consumes is seventy milliamperes at five volts of direct current, sixty milliamperes at twenty-four-volt relay which is directly linked to the programmable logic controller. This module goes on to have a total number of four channels, which you can change and adjust and it supports the sets of J, K, N, T, E, R, and S. Furthermore, the list of specifications goes on for this module, as it has an update rate of forty-five channels per second. All operators must keep in mind to operate the module under the temperatures of zero to sixty degrees Celsius, which when converted into Fahrenheit turns into thirty-two to one-forty degrees Fahrenheit, all with a relative humidity of five percent all the way up to ninety-five percent, which is also non-condensing. The module also has a resolution of zero-decimal-five degrees Celsius.

Operators who intend on installing the module MUST keep in mind the following: firstly, if users do not want to apply a voltage potential, then the operators or workers should be extra careful with the grounded junction sensors. Secondly, when you're installing, you must make sure the Extension wire you are using is of the right kind. The wire resistance must be kept at less than 100 to stay accurate. Lastly, if the operators or the person installing is using shielded wiring, it must be made sure an earth ground connection is there, the terminals nineteen and twenty can or may be worked as the shield ground point.
