The Horner HE693RTD601 is an RTD input module that has six channels. These inputs permit the direct connection between the PLC and RTD temperature sensors without the need for external signal processing such as transmitters and transducers. The HE693RTD601 analog and digital processing are done inside the module. This module offers a temperature resolution of 0.125 degrees Celsius, 0.1 degrees Celsius, or 0.1 degrees Fahrenheit. The HE693RTD601 can detect the issue due to the open circuit. The input module can employ a wire with a cross-section area of 0.205 square millimeters (24 AWG).
