The IC200NDD101 is a Nano controller by GE Fanuc. It belongs to the VersaMax family of products. It has six configurable inputs and four transistor outputs. The inputs on this controller can act as either standard inputs or high-speed counter inputs depending on the application. The input can either be a positive logic input or a negative logic input. In standard mode, different input devices are connected with it such as switches and/or pushbuttons. As for the case of transistor outputs, they are used for switching devices like different valves and /or lamps. It should be noted here that for protection, external fusing is highly recommended. This can help prevent damage to the system and its surroundings. For this controller, the outputs act as standards outputs, high-speed counter controlled outputs, or pulse width modulation outputs. For operation, IC200NDD101 needs 24 VDC input power. The DC inputs have an input current of 7.5 mA typically, with an input impedance of 2.8 kΩ. This controller is certified globally. It should be installed according to the installation instructions and guidelines provided in the manual. There are LEDs present on the front side that indicate the status of each point. For serial communication, RJ-45 serial port is present and data can be retrieved using the buffer. The rated holdup time for this controller is 10 ms at 19.2 VDC whereas for 30 VDC the inrush time is 10 ms.
