The IC200ALG320 is a 4-Channel Current Sourcing Output Module that is manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation. This VersaMax Series module provides four 4 to 20 milliampere analog output points. It provides a modest amount of over range current; the output loads can get nearly 20.38 milliamperes of output current per channel. Configuring the IC200ALG320 during the setup is easy. For the outputs of the module to retain their last state, a jumper is used. If the backplane power or communication is interrupted or the PLC stops, the outputs use the default value. The outputs remain in the previous or default state until the modules receive different output or the field power is disconnected.

The IC200ALG320 is equipped with LED indicators. A green FLD power LED indicates the presence of user-provided power connected to the analog field side circuits. The OK LED indicator turns green when the module recognizes backplane power. The lowest load resistance per output channel of the IC200ALG320 depends on the external voltage, ambient temperature, positioning of the DIN rail, and module in the rack. It is recommended to use shielded twisted cables for all the connections of this current sourcing analog output module. If the installation of the module is on a terminal style or compact terminal style I/O carrier, the connections of the cable shield can be done directly to the carrier if it is compatible with the shield wiring. The IC200ALG320 module is compatible with the original VersaMax series NIUs and CPUs.
