Emerson - GE Fanuc IC200UDR002

The IC200UDR002 is a VersaMax Micro 14-point programmable logic controller that was designed and manufactured by Emerson - GE Fanuc. This micro PLC controller operates on a 24 volts DC power supply for normal duty operations. This micro PLC features 8 DC inputs and has six (6) normally open (NO) outputs. This module also has a barrier style terminal strip. This strip includes a protective cover for added safety. Its open relay outputs form a single pole single throw relay output that can also be set as HCS outputs. The contact life of the relays is estimated to be around twenty million (20,000,000) mechanical operations of contact life. The controller includes LEDs (light emitting diodes) on the PLC module to provide visual status updates for the module. These LED features enable human-machine interaction and let users track the module's operations. Its compact, robust construction provides long-term durability and efficiency throughout the application process. For communication purposes, this module has an RS-232 interface port that supports slave protocol for network inter connectivity. Besides that, this VersaMax Micro controller supports serial I/O (SNP- SNPX) protocols and their memory protection switches. Additionally, this controller can provide support for expansion units offering extended operations. This control can be used as a high-speed counter device by the users. These counters, for example, can analyze up to 10 kilohertz of rapid-pulse data for several industrial process control, such as meter verification and the handling of materials.
