Additional features of the IC697CPX935 include 256K of non-volatile user flash memory, BMA support (7.92 or later), and support of floating-point calculations. The IC697CPX935 has 12K inputs and outputs and up to 8K analog I/O. The microprocessor used for this module is an 80486DX4 (96 Megahertz). It has configurable program and data memory, a battery-backed calendar clock, a three-position operation mode switch, and password-controlled access. The IC697CPX935 also provides remote programmer key switch memory protection, seven status LEDs, software configuration (No DIP switches or jumpers), and in-system upgradeable firmware.
