The GE Fanuc Emerson IC693TCM302 is a high-performance temperature control module that has eight (8) channels with eight (8) thermocouple inputs and eight (8) relay outputs which support a voltage rating range from 18 Volts DC to 30 Volts DC. The IC693TCM302 can operate either in open or closed-loop mode. This module provides a resolution of 12 bits or 0.2 degrees Celsius. The IC693TCM302 TCM module can operate either in auto or manual mode. This TCM contains twelve (12) LED indicators located on the faceplate of the module, four (4) LEDs are employed to show the current status of the TCM, and eight (8) LED indicators are employed to indicate thermocouple inputs status. This module draws a current of 150 milliamperes at a voltage of +5 Volts DC.

The IC693TCM302 can be electrically supplied by a DC supply. The IC693TCM302 includes a single replaceable fuse that has a current rating of 2 Amperes and located behind the faceplate cover. The TCM J and L thermocouples support a temperature range zero (0) to 450 degrees Celsius (32 to 842 degrees Fahrenheit) and K thermocouples support a temperature range zero (0) to 600 degrees Celsius (32 to 1112 degrees Fahrenheit). The IC693TCM302 includes a pair of plug-in connectors with captive screw terminals to connect and link RTD, relays, thermocouples and the external power to supply output relays. The IC693TCM302 weighs approximately 290 grams (0.65 pounds) while shipping and operates at zero (0) to 60 degrees Celsius (32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit) for industrial applications.
