The GE Fanuc Emerson IC693MDL340 is a 120 Volt, 0.5 Ampere AC Output module that is part of GE's Series 90-30 of Programmable Logic Controllers. It provides sixteen (16) output points in two (2) isolated groups with eight (8) points in each group. Each of these groups has a separate common associated with it; this allows each group to be used on different phases of the AC supply or powered from the same supply. Each of these groups is protected with a 3 Ampere fuse and an RC snubber is provided for each output to protect against transient electrical noise on the power line. The IC693MDL340 uses LED indicators that provide the user with the ON/OFF status of each point; they are located at the top of the module. The LEDs consist of eight (8) green LEDs in two horizontal rows, for a total of 16 green LEDs; there is one red LED centered between and to the right of the two rows of red LEDs.

Specifications for the IC693MDL340 include a rated voltage of 120 Volts AC, an output voltage range of 85 to 132 Volts AC, 50/60 Hertz, and sixteen (16) outputs per module (two groups of eight outputs each).
