The GE Fanuc Emerson IC693MDL330 is a discrete output module that includes eight (8) discrete output points which support a voltage rating range from 85 Volts AC to 264 Volts AC and an output current of 2 Amperes. The IC693MDL330 outputs are grouped into two (2) well-isolated groups of four (4) outputs with a separate common power terminal (A1 – A4 and A5 - A8) which are labelled with green LED indicators to show the ON/OFF status of outputs. The IC693MDL330 employs the backplane optical isolation offered by optocouplers to provide electrical isolation of 1500 Volts between logic and field sides and 500 Volts between groups. The IC693MDL330 can be easily mounted in an I/O slot of either 5 or 10-slot baseplate and at any input or output slots of the 90-30 PLC system. The IC693MDL330 offers a high-level of inrush current and is used in many industrial applications such as solenoids and motor starters.
The IC693MDL330 can be electrically supplied either by the operator or from a 120/240 Volt AC power supply. This module draws a current rating of 160 milliamperes at a voltage rating of +5 Volts DC on the backplane. The IC693MDL330 includes two (2) fuses with a current rating of 5 Amperes where the status of these fuses can be shown by the “F” red LED indicator.
