The IC694MDL350 is a 120/240 Volt AC 16-Point output module manufactured by GE Fanuc. It provides sixteen (16) separately isolated output points. The module is highly protected against electrical noise transmitting from the power line, hence, the module doesn’t require an additional snubber. The 16 isolated outputs can handle several incandescent loads. The output loads require an external AC power supply for operation. On the back of the IC694MDL350 module, a DIP switch is placed, which is used for controlling the default output mode. It can be set to Hold Last or Force Off State. The user is required to remove the module from the backplane to use this DIP switch.

The LED indicators present on the front side of the module help the users monitor the use of the output. These LEDs are individually numbered and indicate the ON and OFF status of the output and helps in monitoring the terminal block. Furthermore, the module also has two red bands on the door to alert the users about the high voltage of the module. The IC694MDL350 can be connected to spring style, box-style, or extended terminal block versions. The extended terminal blocks provide the extra depth required for field wiring to connected AC devices. The IC694MDL350 module can be used with any Rx3i system I/O slot but it should be used with 3.50 or higher version Rx3i CPUs. It should never be used with any 90-30 series PLC CPUs. The output current of the module is 2 Amperes per point and up to 5 Amperes per module, whereas the output voltage range is from 74 Volts AC to 265 Volts AC.
