For a fresh block, outputs are programmed to report No-Load circumstances. The mounting screws on the block should not be utilized as the sole means of grounding the block. Upside down or right side up are both acceptable positions for the block to be mounted in. It is important to leave at least 2 inches between each block. The IC660HHM501 handheld monitor is well suited with the IC660BBS102 block. The block is also compatible with any bus controller from GE Fanuc.

Previous versions of this I/O terminal block are compatible with the following blocks: the IC660CBS100, the 1C660BBS100, and the IC660BBS101. One AWG 12 or AWG 14 cable wires during field wiring are accepted by all terminals. The ring terminals that measure up to 0.27 inches can be accommodated in terminals labeled 1 to 4. All terminals should be torqued to 6 inches/lb. The IC660BBS102 output block enables CPU redundancy as well as the voltage from an AC or DC source.
