The device supports an input voltage of either 24 volts DC or 48 volts DC. The IC660BBA020 supports an input voltage range from 18 volts DC to 56 volts DC. The I/O points support and deliver both voltage and current ranges: from 4 milliamperes to 20 milliamperes, from 0 to 10 volts DC, from -10 to 10 volts DC, from -5 to 5 volts DC, from 0 to 5 volts DC or from 1 to 5 volts DC. The IC660BBA020 supports both right-facing up and down installation employing either two bolt holes or screws. This unit offers an update time rate of 4 milliseconds and a selectable input filter of 1024 milliseconds.

The IC660BBA020 offers input low and high alarm detection and reports an internal fault. This device can be installed in an enclosure to protect the internal circuitry by leaving an amount of space of 5.08 centimeters (2 inches) from all orientations for heat dissipation.
