It is a GE Fanuc product known as a sink output module in particular. This output module supports eight circuits. The voltage rating for all of its circuits is 24V DC. On the other hand, the output has a working voltage of 5 to 24V DC. The maximum voltage range of this item is 45V DC. Aside from that, its maximum output current is 0.5A, which varies according to the temperature. That said, at 40 Volts DC, the maximum leakage current range is 0.1 milliamps. The output circuits for this unit must have a minimum load of 1 milliamp, according to the manufacturers.
Similarly, at 0.5 Amperes, the on state voltage drop is 0.8V, and at 0.1 Amperes, it is 0.65V. Likewise, the maximum specified inrush current is 3 Amps for 20 milliseconds and 1 Ampere for a duration of 100 ms. Finally, both the off to on and on to off state changes have the responsiveness of 100ms. Its outputs are categorized into two parts, each protected by a 3A fuse. At 9V DC, the internal power consumption is 30 mA, and at 24V DC, it is 3 mA. This module is also designed to control discrete loads such as indicator lights and solenoid valves. In brief, this output module is built to withstand demanding applications in industrial automation control, and it is also engineered to provide high performance. But, the users should also keep it from harmful substances and ensure that its temperature rating should not exceed the appropriate limit.
