Description:

IC670CHS002 is an input/output terminal block by GE Fanuc. It is a mounting, communication, and terminal connection platform for input/output modules. This terminal finds use in many different industrial applications where users can easily remove or insert modules even when the power is on. Operators are able to install two modules on this terminal block. The block has three isolated groups of common terminals for every I/O module. Two of these groups are internally connected together, while the third group has five terminals that are internally tied together and isolated from the external power supply and point terminals.

IC670CHS002 is an Input/output terminal block by GE Fanuc. It is widely used for industrial applications in different industrial settings. It is a member of the GE Fanuc family. This terminal block is used as a mounting base for two individual, independent modules. Here, the output terminals act like a platform facilitating different types of connections such as power connection, communication connection, and user connections. GE Fanuc compatible modules can easily be connected and disconnected without shutting the main power of the system and without disturbing the field wiring. This feature is very beneficial and saves time and reduces the chance of errors. For mounting the compatible modules, they just have to be simply pressed onto the terminal block. There is an alignment slot present on the terminal box which shows if the module is compatible or not. If the module is not compatible it does not fit properly and cannot be mounted. Each terminal block comes with a connection cable. These terminal blocks can be installed on a DIN rail following all the installation guidelines properly. If installation guidelines are not followed, accurate results cannot be achieved. As these terminal blocks are used in industrial settings for industrial applications, different modules can be firmly screwed to the terminal block to avoid any damage or disconnection caused due to heavy vibrations. Moreover, two or more terminal blocks can be connected in a daisy chain configuration.  Data flow order has to be kept in mind while making this connection for proper accurate results.
