Product number SP-196259 is a main control board that is used by Bulletin 1395 digital DC drives. This product was designed and manufactured by the company known as Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. It is interoperable with all control functions within the Bulletin 1395 DC drives. This Allen Bradley control board has two (2) Micro BUS ports for data transfer between onboard devices and external devices, such as PLCs, discrete operator devices, and much more. This device must recognize all of the adapter boards installed within a Bulletin 1395 drive during the setup process, or when a substitute adapter board is added. This control board has an interface connector for a drive's Micro BUS. It also has interface connectors for all analog signals of a drive. It has a wide range of connector ports that allow all adapter panels to be attached to the Micro BUS. This board is designed for use in a hygienic, dry, non-corrosive industrial setting with an ambient temperature of 0 degrees Celsius to 65 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity of the area surrounding this product should be 5 percent to 95 percent and be non-condensing. Therefore, users should follow the manufacturer's guidelines to enhance safety and operation. It must be serviced periodically to maintain efficient functioning. With the connection established with the PSI switchboard, this main control board develops signals to the PSI through the distribution of logic power and 3-phase line syncing signals to the main control board from the PSI.
