The Rockwell Automation push button has a dielectric strength of 2200 Volts for 1 minute and 1300 Volts for 1 minute (logic reed). The model does not have any finger safeguards and has a full voltage power module with dual input of transformer-relay type LED. The voltage for the full voltage LED is 12 to 130 Volts alternating or direct current. The lens color is red. The robust push button can withstand vibrations up to 10 g (except logic reed) for the frequency range of 10 to 2000 Hertz at 1.52 millimeters displacement (peak-to-peak) maximum. The shock threshold is 25 g (for contact fragility) at half cycle sine wave for 11 milliseconds and no damage at 100 g. The life expectancy of the push buttons is 250,000 minutes and can tolerate push force of 5 pounds maximum. The allowable temperature range when in service is -40 to 131 degrees Fahrenheit (-40 to 55 degrees Celsius) and storage temperature range is -40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit (-40 to 85 degrees Celsius) with a humidity range of 50 to 95% from 77 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit (25 to 60 degrees Celsius). The below freezing operation is expected to take place in completely dry conditions. The wire gauge size is 18 to 14 AWG and 18 to 10 AWG for maximum duty. The terminal screw torque is 6 to 8 lb-in. The standard contact blocks are able to endure 1 pound of force. The standard contact ratings are 24 Volts and 24 milliamperes with a maximum thermal continuous current of 10 Amperes of alternating current and 2.5 Amperes of direct current.
