Part number 1492-FB2C30-L is a 2-pole, 30-ampere fuse holder designed and manufactured by Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation for several industrial applications. This Class CC fuse holder is designed for supporting accurate fuse type installation, thus it rejects a Midget, as well as a Class J fuse. This device has a compact design. Due to this, it takes up less space on a panel and can be suitably positioned for field wiring applications. It is suitable for standard 35-millimeter DIN Rail mounts. This device has an IP20 rating and front finger-safe protection. It is fitted with a label holder and has an optional blown fuse indicator that assist with circuit troubleshooting. This holder type comes in 4 pieces per carton and has both a 5 millimeters x 5 millimeters and 6 millimeters x 5 millimeters slide-in marker accessory for labeling and identification.

Due to the amount of heat generated by fuses, the 1492-FB2C30-L fuse holder is incompatible with Mersen ATQR 1.25I 0.42 amperes current fuse, as well as the ATQR 1.40I, 0.47 amperes maximum current fuses. The holder can be used with Class CC fuses having a maximum of 600 volts AC/DC and a rated current of 30 amperes. The maximum rated current of this device is 200 kilo-amperes. This device has an operating temperature range of -4 to +130 degrees Fahrenheit and is compatible with copper stranded conductors. It accepts one (1) 18 to 4 AWG wire per terminal or two (2) 18 to 8 AWG wires per terminal with both wires having the same size.
