Description:

The 100-MC is an optional accessory for the 100-C series of contactors (except for C-40 & C-90). The 100-MC are mechanical interlocks that are used to interlock two (2) contactors together. This contactor is common for most of the Bulletin 100-C series of contactors with a few exceptions. The interlocking of different sizes is possible. Mechanical and electrical interlocking is possible by using the integrated auxiliary contacts with the contactor modules.

A mechanical interlock is a non-jamming type of interference. The 100-MC is a mechanical interlock optional accessory designed for the 100-C series. This module allows up to two (2) contactors to be mechanically linked together. The 100-MC does not feature any auxiliary contacts. The module comes in a single-pack configuration and can be snapped onto the side of the compatible contactor. It does not require any professional installing service. All the instructions and the accessories are provided to mount the 100-MC interlock module. The nine (9)-millimeter dovetail connector is also included with the pack. When installing such high-power modules or devices make sure to take caution by wearing protective gear and following safety guidelines. The 100-MC module is made using rigid material to prevent wear and tear. The module is very compact and does not require additional space to be installed. When mounting a contactor in a panel box make sure to leave room for the 100-MC module on the side. The module best operates under a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and must be installed at an altitude of a maximum of 3000 meters. The module does not come with a protective covering; therefore, it is required to install it in a protected area. Avoid using high power modules or equipment in harsh industrial environments to prolong their life. Because of the high volume of outgoing and incoming shipments on a day to day basis, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on items ordered mistakenly or part numbers ordered incorrectly.
