The 100-C12DJ300 a bulletin 100-C IEC contactor. The contactor is designed for motor control systems and similar inductive loads to protect the system from over-current issues without damaging the entire system or equipment. The device has a maximum current rating of 12 amperes (AC-3). The device can be operated with both AC and DC supply voltages. The 100-C12DJ300 has a coil voltage rating of 120 volts at 60 hertz and 110 volts at 50 hertz. The maximum operating temperature for this device is 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit) and must be installed in a well-protected area, preferably in a panel box or a 35 mm DIN rail, since the device has an open-type enclosure. The device offers a power rating of 4 kilowatts at 230 volts three-phase and a horsepower rating of 3 Hp at 230 volts three-phase. The device features three normally open contact poles and one normally closed contact pole, all contacts have screw-type terminals.
