The Allen-Bradley 800P-NX7 is a Bulletin 800P series palm-operated push button. This button has a dielectric strength of 2200 volts for 1 minute and an electrical design lifecycle of up to one million (1,000,000) at the maximum rated load and two hundred thousand (200,000) for Logic Reed contact operation. It has mechanical design lifecycles of one million (1,000,000) pushes minimum. The button’s contact operation can be classified as a shallow contact. Its typical operating force is rated at 3.7 pounds. The vibration rating of this push button is specified as 10 G maximum at a frequency of 10 to 2000 Hz and a peak-to-peak displacement of 1.52 mm. Additionally, this Allen Bradley push button can withstand a mechanical shock at 1/2 cycle sine-waves for an 11-millisecond duration.

The Bulletin 800P palm-operated push buttons are ideal for providing electromechanical operation for safety and resistance to RFI. Additional features and benefits of the 800P-NX7 push button include an ergonomically sensitive design, articulated operation, dependable sealing, and a reduced operating force. This button is designed with a water- and oil-tight 529 IP65 enclosure offering a Type 1, 12, and 4/13 degree of protection. Accessories of the push button include an open guard to protect from unintended use and operation. This push button has specified operating and storage temperature limits as 32 to 131 °F (0 to 55 °C) and 40 to +185 °F (-40 to +85 °C), respectively. This palm-operated push button has physical dimensions that measure 115.8 millimeters x 73.1 millimeters x 47.5 millimeters.
