An Allen Bradley product, the 193-EC5EE is an electronic overload relay module. This module is capable of being mounted via a panel mount. This electronic overload relay is compatible with Bulletin 150 contactors that have sizes ranging from C60 to C85. This overload relay has an adjustment rating of 18 to 90 amperes. This Allen Bradley electronic overload relay is classified as an E3 Plus overload relay. This product features the DeviceNet communication protocol, which allows for the monitoring of various parameters. The Allen Bradley 193-EC5EE also has built-in diagnostics functions which are also monitored via DeviceNet. These diagnostics functions include unit status, trip status, warning status, operating hours, overload trip time, number of starts, trip snapshot, and much more. The Allen Bradley 193-EC5EE electronic overload relay is equipped with several local LED status indicators, which include a network status indicator, shutdown/alert status indicator, output A and B status indicators, and input 1-4 status indicators. DeviceNet communication also allows the 193-EC5EE to program individual logic routines and download them to the unit.

The Allen Bradley 193-EC5EE electronic overload relay supports single-phase and three-phase applications by means of programming parameters, allowing for easy switching between applications. The 193-EC5EE relay provides current monitoring, thermal overload protection, and voltage monitoring. The 193-EC5EE overload relay has a total of six (6) inputs, two (2) relay outputs, and one (1) external high-level input for ground connection sensors. This overload relay should be operated in an environment where the temperature ranges from -20 to 55 degrees Celsius. It should be stored in an area where the temperature ranges from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius.
