Designed and manufactured by Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation, product number 193-EC2EE is a solid-state overload relay. This overload relay belongs to the E3 Plus series of products. The nominal NEMA operating voltage of this device is 600 volts, while the nominal IEC operating voltage is 690/1000 volts. This device is classified as a microprocessor-based overload. The Allen Bradley 193-EC2EE solid-state overload relay has a trip class of 5 to 30, in which the trip class is adjustable. This device is capable of being reset automatically or manually. This product has an adjustment range of 5:1. This overload relay is equipped with several features, such as overload detection, stall detection, current imbalance, PTC thermistor monitoring, and warning settings. This module is equipped with normally closed (NC) trip contacts. It has a total of two (2) outputs, as well as a total of four (4) inputs. This module has an adjustment rating of 18 amperes to 90 amperes. This device is compatible with Bulletin 100 contactors that have a size ranging from C60 to C85. This overload relay should be operated in an environment where the temperature ranges from 0 to 50 degrees Celsius, or 32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. When storing this module, however, the temperature of the surrounding environment should range from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius, or the equivalent temperature range of -40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. The humidity rating suitable for this module ranges from 5% to 95%, while also being non-condensing.
