The 140G-J-FMX04 cable operator is a flange-mounted cable-operator in accordance with the National Electrical Manufacturers Association Style standard. This cable operator does not require access to either the panelboard or the housing for it to command a 140G-Series circuit breaker or the installed switch for disconnection. The 140G-J-FMX04 includes the cable that links the external and internal assemblies and has all mandatory hardware that aids in getting the installation started and operating, a metal handle, as well as the MCCB (molded case circuit breaker). To guarantee a protected and safe installation of the module, the user must remember to unplug any power sources to the molded case circuit breaker before servicing or installing the device. This is meant to avoid an electric shock. Users must also keep in mind that the cable operator should always be put in an appropriate enclosure and be kept within a clean environment.
