The group of safety contactors 100S-C37EJ14BC are mechanically linked normally closed auxiliary contacts. The front mounted auxiliary contacts are gold bifurcated for low energy applications and permanently fixed. They have a protective cover to stop any manual operation and red housing color for quick spotting. The contactors have AC and DC operating coils and SUVA third-party certification. There are 3 main contacts and the unit includes reversing power wiring as well as mechanical/electrical interlock. The positively guided contacts are well suited for the feedback circuits of new safety applications. The 3-pole AC and DC operated contactors are rated operational current of 37 to 65 Amperes at 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit). The rating for switching AC motors with three-phase for voltage range of 230 to 690 Volts and 50 Hertz is 11 to 18.5 Kilowatts. The 1-phase motor with voltage of 115 to 230 Volts at 60 Hertz has a horsepower rating of 3 to 5 and is three-phase at 60 Hertz for the voltage range 200 to 575 Volts is 10 to 30 horsepower. It has one normally open and 4 normally closed auxiliary contacts. The insulation class of the coil is F per EIC 60085 and UL Class 105; coil frequency is rated at 50/60 Hertz for alternating current. The operational temperature limits are -25 to 60 degrees Celsius (-13 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit) and the storage temperature range is -55 to 80 degrees Celsius (-67 to 176 degrees Fahrenheit). If the temperature has to be above permissible range, a 15% current reduction is required to go to 70 degrees Celsius (158 degrees Fahrenheit) against the 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit) values.
