The 1783-US7T1F is a Stratix 2000 Ethernet unmanaged switch that is designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley. The module has eight total ports, seven RJ45 10/100 ports and one fiber multi-mode port. The module also features an SFP slot. The 1783-US7T1F has a power dissipation of 5.927 watts and Power consumption of 4.6 watts. The power supply rating for the Ethernet module is 24 volts (18 to 60 VDC or 18 to 30 VAC, 50/60 Hz) Class 2/SELV. The current rating is approximately 442.3 milliamperes. The module offers an Isolation voltage rating of 30 continuous volts and has a basic insulation type. Power to network channels while there is no isolation between individual network channels and is type tested at 500 VAC for 60 seconds. The module features an RJ45 connector that can be used with either a 2-pair or 4-pair category 5e minimum cable or category 5 cable rated 82 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Fahrenheit) minimum. The DC power connections for this device should be 0.82 to 2.5 mm² (18 to 14 AWG) twisted-pair copper wire, and should be suitable for 30°C (86°F) above the surrounding ambient temperature outside the enclosure. The recommended operating temperature range for the device is -40 to 70 degrees Celsius while the non-operating temperature range is -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity should be around 5 to 95% non condensing. The vibration rating for the module is 2 g at 10 to 150 Hz. The operating shock is around 15 g, while the non-operating shock is around 30 g. The module has a power consumption of around 4.6 watts. The dimensions of 1783-US7T1F are 135 x 115.82 x 53.6 millimeters and the module has an Open-type enclosure.
