This device has an 18-bit absolute multi-turn digital encoder that gives feedback within 4096 revolutions and is compatible with the Hiperface DSL protocol. The standard NEMA enclosure of this servo motor has an IP rating of IP50. This enclosure protects the servo motor against dust ingression. It does not have a shaft seal.
