Allen Bradley's MP-Series Low Inertia (MPL) Servo Motor, MPL-B4530K-MJ22AA, is a high-output brushless motor with novel design features that allow us to minimize motor size while providing significantly more torque. This small brushless servo motor is intended to fulfill the severe demands of highly efficient motion systems. It is an alternating current (AC) motor. This motor is designed keeping in consideration the IEC 72-1 standard; frame number 45 (130 millimeters) and type FF mounting flange. 

MPL - B4530K - MJ22AA uses permanent magnets (magnetic stack of 3 inches) to keep its size minimum as well as inertia to the minimal value. It still provides the torque values (continuous 8.25 newton-meters stall torque) of relatively higher as compared to the motors of the same size. It weighs only 7.3 kilograms, whereas it can provide stall torque up to 20.3-newton meters (peak). It can attain a speed of 4000 rpm with rotor inertia of only 0.00040 kilogram-meters squared. 

This servo motor, MPL - B4530K - MJ22AA, has 2.6kilowatts of output power rating and armature windings that belong to the 400 volts class. This rotary motor features a smart motor technology and feedback system. It has a multi-turn encoder to control the position and speed of the motor with high precision in its feedback system. These signals from the encoder are fed into motor controllers to complete the loop. For external connections, this motor has bayonet connectors facing towards the shaft. The plus feature is the shaft key to ensure a definite connection.
