The MPL-A320H-HJ22AA is a premium permanent magnet series low inertia servo motor that offers a one (1) Kilowatt power rating and a 230 Volt AC input voltage rating. The speed rating of the servo motor is 3500 RPM and the continuous stall current is 6.1 Amperes. It has 3.05 Newton-meters of continuous stall torque. The servo motor comes with a feedback option that is a 2000-line encoder for processing feedback signals to the controllers. The MPL-A320H-HJ22AA servo motor has rare earth magnets, winding technology, and insulation material for the servo motor that provides outstanding torque performance, rapid acceleration, and superior thermal management that are suitable for most demanding applications.
The motion system needs a reduced size of motor that can prove beneficial due to the compact design of the servo motor. The frame of the motor processes 100 millimeters and the connector option consists of circular bayonet connectors that deliver high shock resistance and faster connection. The servo motor is compatible with Allen-Bradley Kinetix drives that match up with its ratings. No shaft key is available in this low inertia servo motor. User-supplied environmentally protected motor connectors and shaft seal are required by the motor for meeting the ratings of an industrial environment. A user-supplied key is used with the motor when it is mounted in applications where its shaft is linked to devices by pulley or coupling. The performance of the motor is highly dynamic. It requires a reinforced timing belt or torsional rigid coupling for applications with a pulley to protect against low performance or injury from loose connections.
