The Allen-Bradley 2711P-K6C8A terminal is an operator interface terminal from the PanelView Plus 600 series. Membrane keypads which constitute the functional keys from F1 to F10, numerical keys from 0 to 9, navigational arrow keys, and the control keys are used for data input. The ports available for communication are the RS-232, USB, and Ethernet ports including an additional DH+ modular communication. The display size is 5.7 inches with a flat display panel that is categorized as a thin-film transistor (TFT), active-matrix, liquid crystal display (LCD). The display screen has a resolution of 320 × 234. In addition, in case of an error, the display panel is able to alert the user as it is set with an alarm. The alternating current input voltage is 100 to 240 Volts with a frequency of 50/60 Hertz and maximum power usage of 60 Volts-Amps. The operator terminal is also capable of supporting direct current voltage ranging from 18 to 32 Volts. For optimum operations, the terminal should not be subjected to temperatures that are not within the range of 0 to 55 degrees Celsius. The operator is used in flat surface types 12, 13, and 4K and its operation is limited to indoor use only. The enclosure type is IP54, IP65.
