Part of the PanelView Plus 6 series, the 2711P-K4M20A8 is an operator terminal. 2711P-K4M20A8 has an Ethernet port for controller connectivity. It has two USB ports, one host and one device. It also has an RS-232 serial port for communication with the controller, printing, or file transfers. The terminal has an SD card slot as well. The terminal has 256 MB RAM and 512 MB of nonvolatile memory. The 2711P-K4M20A8 has a 3.5-inch grayscale (16-levels gray) passive-matrix TFT LCD. This screen has a white LED backlight that has a brightness of 320 cd/m².  The terminal is operated by a keypad that has a stainless-steel membrane and an actuation rating for one million presses. The keypad has eight function keys (F1 through F8), numeric, and navigation keys. The 2711P-K4M20A8 requires an AC power supply with an input of 100 to 240 VAC with a frequency of 50 to 60 Hz. For installation, the terminal comes with four mounting slots. During installation, replaceable levers are inserted into terminal mounting slots and then the terminal is fitted on the panel. The 2711P-K4M20A8 has a battery compartment and two indicators to provide communication status and fault status. It also has a default switch for restoring the factory default settings.
