The 2711P-K10C4A2 1000 terminal is a user-friendly and low-cost HMI (human-machine interface) device. It offers modularity with 3 building blocks. The first block is a graphical display module with keypad support. The display type is an active matrix TFT color LCD display. The screen size is 10.4 inches with an effective viewing area of 211 x 158 mm and a resolution of 640 x 480. The keypad has numeric, arrow, and functional keys. The terminal includes two USB ports with a 5.25-volt open-circuit voltage and a 1.68 ampere short-circuit current (direct current). Its features and hardware support transfer to a variety of display sizes, typically larger, as well as changeable bezels. The 2711P-K10C4A2 has a logic module that features an Ethernet port that enables terminals to communicate through Ethernet with printers, servers, SLC 500 controllers, and other devices. The RS-232 port on the terminal offers full-duplex connection among the terminal, controller, and computer connection for application files and printing. Ther terminal has a rated memory of 128 MB RAM and 128 MB of flash memory. The memory of the terminal is able to be increased with the help of external devices. This operator terminal is equipped with an alternating current supply and requires an input power suppl voltage of 85 to 264 VAC at 47 to 63 hertz. The terminal has a maximum power consumption rating of 160 volt-amperes.
