The Allen-Bradley PanelView 2711P-B10C4D8 is a robust operator panel that serves a variety of purposes. The terminal package is operating on an input supply of direct current with a voltage rating ranging from 18 volts to 32 volts. The power consumption of the operator panel at the nominal rated voltage of 24 volts of direct current is 70 watts. At this rated voltage, the device draws a total current of 2.9 amperes. The operator terminal is equipped with a battery that has a minimum service life of 4 years. The panel has a vibrant color display with a display resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. An 18-bit color graphics display is used to allow the user to study the feedback response from components within the control system in a clear and concise manner.

The Allen-Bradley PanelView 2711P-B10C4D8 operator terminal package can be used in a wide array of industrial automation systems. The device can be used in environments with temperatures ranging from 0° Celsius to 55° Celsius. The panel has both a touch screen and a keypad and is equipped with 512 megabytes of random access memory capacity and an additional 512 megabytes of non-volatile memory that can be used by the panel for temporary as well as permanent storage of data. A sophisticated touch screen enables remote control of I/O devices.
