The Allen-Bradley 2711-K10G1L1 is a state-of-the-art operator terminal and is a member of the Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation PanelView 1000 Grayscale Terminals. It is equipped with a 10.1-inch grayscale display and can be configured using a keypad that is also built in the terminal. The terminal can be easily configured using the keypad. A set of status indicators are provided to ensure that the user can exercise a degree of control over the communication network. The operator terminal takes an input power ranging from 85 volts to 264 volts of alternating current. It also comes with 1,008 Kilobytes of memory for storing data, files, and applications. It is also fitted with a Remote I/O port which can be used to connect to a scanner or a sub-scanner on a remote I/O network. Alongside the RIO port, there is also an RS-232 serial port that can be used to connect to a printer. This port can also be used to connect to a personal computer and transfer files to and from the operator terminal. The operator terminal is enclosed within a NEMA Type 12/13 or 4x enclosure. This enclosure provides durability and sufficient ventilation to ensure the cooling of the operator terminal. The terminal can be operated in environments with temperatures ranging from 0° to 55° Celsius. The terminal is also equipped with features such as universal language support, online printing, and screen security.
