The Allen-Bradley 2711-K10C16 electronic operator terminal is a state-of-the-art display system used to create an interactive interface between the operator and the control system. The terminal uses alternating current within the range of 85 volts and 264 volts as an input power source to drive its functions and applications. The device can be used in control systems that carry out a vast array of applications and functions. The primary objective of the device is to allow the user to communicate with the system in an efficient manner. The terminal has a standard RS-232 port and a DF1 network can be configured to enable the device to communicate with remote devices. A dedicated RS-232 printer port is also provided to enhance the capabilities of the terminal. Instructions and messages can be relayed to remote devices over the configured DF1 network. The 2711-K10C16 operator panel has a display screen with a pixel resolution of 640 x 480.
