The Allen-Bradley 2711-B5A15 panel belongs to the PanelView 550 Standard Terminal series. This model provides a touch screen user interface, that, with its 128 touch cells, allows up to 1 million presses for the panel. Along this touch screen interface, this panel has a set of 10 different function keys (ranging from F1 to F10) that can be programmed for different use. It also provides 4 navigation keys and a numeric keypad as an input interface. This terminal has a 120 by 60 millimeters monochromatic display with a 256 by 128 pixels resolution. Its ControlNet port can be used to connect the panel to any kind of device or programmable logic controller that supports ControlNet communication. The real time clock of the panel is backed by a field replaceable battery and it is used to provide a timestamp to critical data of the terminal. The overall device is 167 millimeters tall, 266 millimeters wide and 106 millimeters deep (6.57 inches tall, 10.47 inches wide, 4.17 inches deep). The terminal should be set up in locations according to IEC-1131-2 pollution degree 2 protection that means non-conductive pollution only could occur.
