The 2711-B5A10 panel is one of the Allen-Bradley PanelView 550 Standard Terminal series. This model has a monochrome LCD blue mode display with a size of 120 x 60 millimeters and a resolution of 256 x 128 pixels. The user can interact with the panel using a Keypad/Touch interface. The battery of the panel is field replaceable. The panel runs with AC input power. Its DeviceNet port can be used for communication with programmable logic controller or other kind of devices. This panels also has an RS-232 port for printing that can communicate at the following speed: 1200, 2400, 9600 or 19200 kilobits per second. The Configuration Mode of the terminal allows the user to change the language of the device, set the time and date and many other functions. This panel needs an Alternate Current input power with an input voltage of 230 volts at a frequency of 50 hertz (the actual voltage may range from 85 to 264 volts AC, with a frequency going from 47 to 63 hertz). The terminal has to be established in environments in accordance to IEC-1131-2 pollution degree 2 protection providing that only non-conductive adulteration may occur. The panel has a field replaceable real-time battery backed clock that timestamps all important data.
