The 1764-MM2RTC is a MicroLogix 1500 with Memory Module with a Real-time clock(RTC) function manufactured by Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation. This memory module belongs to the MicroLogix 1550 series and is compatible with all the MicroLogix controllers and processors. It also comes with a memory module of 16 Kilobytes and features a real-time clock. Besides, the module supports backups programs as well as functions, including program compare, and data file download protection, and much more. This memory and real-time clock unit can be removed or inserted any time without worrying about the risk of damage to the controller or the module. When this module is installed with another controller is in an executing mode, it is recognized until the controller goes in a non-executing mode or the power cycle occurs. Allen Bradley 1764-MM2RTC MicroLogix 1500 Memory Module comes with a real-time clock that provides the date and time information to the RTC function file of the controller. When the module is detached from the controller, the controller will show zeros on the RTC Function file.
