The IC200NDR001 controller, manufactured by GE Fanuc, is a Nano PLC component. It belongs to the VersaMax family of products that are widely used for industrial automation. These products offer flexible input output structure for all types of local and remote applications. IC200NDR001 has ten discrete input output points and has a voltage rating of 24 V DC. There are six inputs that operate on 24 V DC whereas the relay outputs regulate 5 to 30 V DC or 5 to 250 V AC output devices. The inputs can be standard inputs or high speed counter inputs depending on the application. It has a RJ-45 communication port on the front side. This port is used for network communication. The controller can be programmed using Versa Pro version 1.1 software. The processor of this controller has a clock speed of 28 Mhz and an execution time of 1.2 ms. The controller has flash memory that can be used for the storage of programs. For mounting, DIN rail mounting technique is used. It is to be installed using proper installation guidelines and ambient temperature should be set between 0 to 55 degrees Celsius for normal operation and accurate results. The controller is equipped with modem compatibility and it can support multi drop configuration with the RS-485 adapter. It has a sturdy exterior and can withstand shocks of 15 G for a duration 11 ms and high vibrations of 57 to 500 Hz. This controller is extensively used all over the world for industrial applications owing to its features and functionalities.
