The IC697CPX772 is a 96 Megahertz, 32-Bit Point, 512 Kilobyte (Slow) Memory Central Processing Unit (CPU). It is part of the 90-70 Series of modules by GE Fanuc. Features of the IC697CPX772 include the single slot CPU with three serial ports, 512 Kilobytes of battery-backed RAM memory in the same slot, and 256K of non-volatile user flash memory. Support for program Load/Store capabilities and Datagrams is included in Serial ports 1 and 2 (starting with Firmware Release 8.00).
