The IC695CPE400 is a 64 Megabyte Rackless CPU that is manufactured by Emerson. As part of the PACSystems RX3i series by the manufacturer, the IC695CPE400 provides the operator with real-time deterministic control, utilizing Field Agent technology to deliver its user with near real-time advice through market analysis, fleet/enterprise data, and asset/process knowledge to optimize outcomes. This CPU also utilizes cloud-based and edge-based technology to provide reliable communication and analytics to its users through Predix. The IC695CPE400 uses a quad-core microprocessor to run its control applications and provide accurate results. It supports programming languages such as Structured Text, Ladder Diagram, C, and Function Block Diagram. The CPU contains 64 Megabytes of configurable program and data memory and also supports Symbolic Variables that are able to utilize any amount of user memory. The IC695CPE400 supports up to 768 program blocks with a maximum block size of 128 Kilobytes.
This IC695CPE400 CPU can support LAN1 and LAN2 with up to 48 SRTP Server connections, 16 Modbus/TCP Server connections, 32 permitted clients, the OPC UA Server, up to 255 Class 1 EGD exchanges, and DNP3 Outstation with up to 8 master client connections. PROFINET supports up to 32 I/O devices with update rates of 1-512 milliseconds. Switches for the IC695CPE400 include DISP, SEL, RUN, STOP, PHY PRES, and PWR. The CPU uses an OLED display to show system menus to its operator. Use the DISP pushbutton to move the cursor and SEL pushbutton to activate the indicated menu item to proceed with an action.
