The SP-170024 is a discrete adaptor board kit that was designed and produced by Allen-Bradley / Rockwell automation. It acts as a connector between the Bulletin 1395 main control board and the external devices. That is, it enables control of the 1395 drive by other discrete components such as the relays, the push buttons, the analogue signals and potentiometers. The adaptor board kit has an alternating current supply voltage that is rated at one hundred and fifteen (115) volts. The board configuration constitutes of four (4) resistors, which are rated at two (2) watts each and are fixed just right on top of J3. The resistor serves to reduce the rated voltage of one hundred and fifteen (115) volts AC. This device is a twenty-four (24) port switch. This Allen-Bradley product is equipped with two (2) 10/100 ports that have a dual nature to them.
When it comes to storage, should the discrete adopter board kit fail to be installed after unpacking it, then it should be placed in a clean dry place and preferably in an anti-static bag. The temperature should be maintained between zero (0) and sixty (60) degrees Celsius, or the equivalent of thirty-two (32) to one hundred and forty (140) degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, the relative humidity of the surrounding area should be maintained up to ninety-five percent (95%) and should be non-condensing. This will protect the sensitive components from damage due to temperature.
