The SP-126511 is an Armature Pulse Transformer Board that is manufactured by Allen-Bradley. It is included in the Bulletin 1395 series of spare parts. This component is compatible with 1395 Series B Digital DC drives manufactured by Allen-Bradley. The 1395 product line has changed from current rated drives to horsepower rated drives. The drive series can be identified using the Drive Nameplate to verify that the transformer board is compatible with that drive. For current rated drives, this board supports an input current range of 346 Amperes to 980 Amperes operating at an input frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz. Supported input voltages are 230 Volts, 380 Volts, 415 Volts, and 460 Volts AC. Each current rated drive requires three of these boards. For drives that are horsepower rated, this component is compatible with drives that are rated for 125 to 300 Horsepower at 230 Volts, 250 to 600 Horsepower at 460 Volts, 500 to 600 Horsepower at 575 Volts, and 600 to 737 Horsepower at 660 Volts. This spare part is compatible with regenerative as well as non-regenerative drives. Each horsepower rated drive requires three of these transformer boards. The Armature Pulse Transformer Board supports user programming to allow it to operate at a specified frequency. The pulse actuation can be controlled to produce the output required for the application. The board has an adjustable duty cycle that allows operation between 10 percent and 100 percent. It supports the use of a rated inline fuse in order to protect against excessive voltages.
