Part number 8520-MOP7 is an Allen Bradley CNC 9/Series operator interface terminal housing. This housing is for the 8520-CRTM1 monitor. The housing has a frame allocated for the monitor where the display screen will be attached and data will be visible. This display area frame measures 8.4 inches diagonally. The monitor that is fitted in this housing is QES1508-069 and it has a rugged stainless-steel chassis with mounting holes that are identical to the 8520-CRTM1 CRT monitor. They keypad has a stainless-steel membrane. The keys have an accuracy of one million (1,000,000) presses per key. The power range of this product is one hundred and fifteen (115) volts AC (alternating current) to two hundred and thirty (230) volts AC (alternating current). There are four (4) mounting screws available. The TFT (thin film transistor) LCD (liquid crystal display) screen display that is to be attached measures 8.4 inches and is equipped with an LED (light emitting diode) backlight. The cover for the 8520 is made up of a hard material that can withstand harsh industrial environments and keep the CNC device working perfectly. The enclosures are highly rated as the housing protects the LCD display, as well as all the wiring and circuitry controlling all the operations. It is recommended that the keys of this device should be pressed extremely gently. For this, a precautionary force of ten (10) g to three hundred (300) g should be used when pressing the keys. Be sure to press keys one at a time.
