The 800Z-GL2Q5 is a zero force touch button that is manufactured by Allen-Bradley. The 800Z-GL2Q5 is a member of the 800Z zero force touch button series. They are reliable with an operating voltage of 10 to 40 VDC or 20 to 30 VAC. They are ideal for use in modern day repetitive motion applications where a button has to be pushed multiple times. This series is preferred because of the reliability and durability they offer. These buttons are compact in size and have a unique sensing technology that can differentiate between human touch and foreign object touch. They have self-diagnostic feature which is very beneficial for industrial applications. Every time an issue occurs a fault signal is sent to the LED indicator. These buttons are used globally as they meet the required standards. They are available in two types of configurations. There is a general configuration for general use and an industrial configuration for heavy scale industrial use. They are designed in such a way that they are medically structured according to the shape of the hand. The design helps with reducing the chance of disease and nerve disorders. This button has simple wiring and easy configuration.This wiring means that the 800Z-GL2Q5 can easily be disconnected.
