The Allen-Bradley 592-EECC electronic overload relay comes with supported trip classes of selectable 15, 10, 30, or 20. It comes with full compatibility with 500 Series contactors from Allen-Bradley. It is part of the E1 Plus overload relay product line from Allen-Bradley. It comes with support for selectable auto/manual or manual reset and selectable trip class relay styles. It also supports both manual and automatic resetting. There is one normally open (NO) and one normally closed (NC) contact configuration. It is part of the Bulletin 592 overload relay series from Allen-Bradley. The module has an overload current adjustment range of 1 to 5 amperes. It is meant to be used with NEMA size 0 to 2 contactors from the Bulletin 500 contactors product line. The current range on this module is 0.1 to 90 amperes. It is available as either a three-phase unit or a single-phase unit. They are self-powered. The wide adjustment range for this module is 5:1. It comes equipped with phase loss protection. The Allen-Bradley 592-EECC relay electronic overload relay comes with support for the insert-molded power connections. They require a minimum energy consumption rating of 150 mW. It comes with several advanced features such as visible trip indicators and durable and reliable performance. By directly measuring the motor current, the current measurement-based protection is achieved. It comes equipped with several advanced levels of protection. Thanks to its electronic design, this module can perform thermal modeling. This is done using the precise solid-state components.
