The 5069-RTB6-SCREW is a terminal block used for wiring the GuardLogix and CompactLogix 5380 controllers. It is also compatible with the 5069-AEN2TR EtherNet adapter module. The block offers screw terminals to simplify field-side wiring. The kit comes with two RTB6 terminal blocks and installation accessories. The 5069-RTB5-SCREW removable terminal block has four Form C (SPDT) outputs with a voltage range of 5 to 264 volts AC or 5 to 125 volts DC and power dissipation of 2.6 watts. The terminal block has a maximum temperature range of 60 degrees Celsius. The recommended wire size is 0.5-1.55 mm² (22-16 AWG) with either solid or stranded copper wire that is rated at 105 degrees Celsius (221 degrees Fahrenheit). The wiring for the terminal should have a 3.5 mm (0.14 in.) maximum diameter, including insulation. The terminal block has strip insulation of 0.39 inches and a maximum insulation diameter of 0.14 inches. The 5069-RTB5-SCREW Removable Terminal Block has dimensions of 5.4 x 0.87 x 4.2 in (138 x 22 x 105 mm) and a weight of 0.39 lbs (175 grams). The enclosure is an open type and may not be suitable for outdoor applications. Take safety precautions when wiring the power source to the RTB; make sure the power is turned off and disconnected. Before installation, operators should strip 12 mm (0.47 in.) of insulation from the wires that will be attached to this removable terminal block. The screw should have a torque of 0.4 N-m (3.5 lb-in). This terminal block supports both CIP sync and pattern matching.
