This is the 5069-OW4I module by Allen-Bradley. It is a relay output module that is part of the Compact 5000 I/O series. It is compatible as a local or distributed I/O module with controllers in the Compact GuardLogix 5380 series and the CompactLogix 5380 series. It offers 4 Normally Open (NO) Form A output channels that are individually isolated. Output voltage ranges are specified at 5 to 125 Volts DC or 5 to 264 Volts AC. Output current is listed at 2 Amperes per channel for a total of 8 Amperes per unit. The output channels are built to operate up to 300 thousand cycles with the use of resistive loads. They are rated for 100 thousand cycles of operation with inductive loads. Each channel offers a switching frequency of 0.3 Hertz when operating at rated load. The 5069-OW4I is able to configure itself to the last state in case of a fault. Available options include turning the channel off, on, or holding the last state. Options available for fault mode duration include 1, 2, 5, 10 seconds, or forever. This relay module complies with Electromagnetic Compatibility Standards and is certified for operation according to EN 50082-2 EMC Generic Immunity Standard, Part 2 - Industrial Environment rules, and the EN 50081-2 EMC - Generic Emission Standard, Part 2 - Industrial Environment standards. This module is mounted on compatible DIN rails that are zinc-plated and made from chromate-passivated steel. A compatible DIN rail is the EN50022 - 35 x 7.5 mm (1.38 x 0.30 in.) DIN rail. The weight of this unit is approximately 0.39 pounds and the dimensions are 5.43 x 0.87 x 4.15 inches.
