The 5069-L320ER from Allen-Bradley is a standard programmable automation controller from the 5380 CompactLogix series. This programmable automation controller can communicate directly with other controllers and visual systems thanks to its modern connectivity capabilities. It can be programmed using a sequence function diagram, function block diagram, text, and ladder diagram. The 5069-L320ER offers 2 MB of user memory. Nonvolatile memory is expandable up to 32 GB with the use of a 32 GB 1784SDHC32 SD card. Other compatible memory cards for use with this controller include 1784SD1 (1 GB), 1784SDHC8 (8 GB) and 9509CMSDCD4 (4 GB) CodeMeter CmCard. The controller offers up to 16 I/O modules, 40 EtherNet nodes, and up to 32 socket interfaces. It has one USB type B and two Ethernet/IP ports that support linear, star, and DLR (device level ring) topologies. Supported communication speeds are 10/100 Mbps/1 Gbps in full-duplex mode. The PAC is compatible with Studio 5000 Ver.31 or newer. The module is rated at 18 to 32 volts DC and has an operating temperature of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius (32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit) with a storage temperature of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius (-40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit). The controller has an operational shock of 30 g (3 pulses, 11 milliseconds) and a non-operational shock of 50 g (3 pulses, 11 milliseconds). The module has an open-style enclosure.
