Part number 2198-H003-ERS2 is a Kinetix 5500 series servo drive. This device was designed and produced by Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. It is a digitized servo drive with good performance designed to offer a low-cost inbuilt solution delivered through an Ethernet/IP connection for use in a wide range of industrial environments. This drive is compatible with the GuardLogix, ControlLogix, and CompactLogix controlling system. The system is capable of operating in both stand-alone, as well as multi-axis modes, and it is capable of implementing the connected safe torque-off function via an Ethernet/IP network for operations needing high safety requirements. The 2198-H003-ERS2 servo drive features a single-phase input voltage ranging from 195 to 264 volts AC RMS and a three-phase voltage range of 195 to 264 volts AC RMS at a frequency range from 47 to 63 hertz, as well as the ability to handle one ampere (three-phase) and 0.7 amperes (single-phase) of input current. This device has a peak input current rating of 3.0 amperes three-phase and 2.1 amperes single-phase. The maximum inrush rating of this device, from 0 to peak, is 15.0 amperes. Additionally, this device has a control power input voltage of 24 volts DC with a line loss ride through time of 20 milliseconds. The Allen Bradley 2198-H003-ERS2 has a continuous output current of 1.0 ampere rms, as well as 1.4 amperes from 0 to peak. The peak output current of this device, however, is 2.5 amperes rms and 3.5 amperes 0 to peak. This product has an internal shunt resistance of 100 ohms and an internal shunt power of 30 watts.
