The 199-LF1 is a terminal lug kit. It is part of the Bulletin 199 series of products. This terminal lug kit was designed and produced by the company known as Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. Various controllers and motor starters require this type of lug setup. Its design and assembly are compatible with the SMC-3, SMC-50, SMC-Flex, and Bulletin 592 devices. In addition, it can use wires that have a size of 16 to 120 mm² to connect with the intelligent motor controllers. This product has a rated screw torque of 23 Nm (Newton-meters), or the equivalent of 200 lb-in. This terminal lug kit is also compatible with three-phase power systems. Apart from that, for safety, users should disconnect the power before configuring their parts using this lug kit. This terminal lug kit is used to assemble and configure Smart Motor Controllers SMC 3. These SMC units have current ranges of 108 to 135 amperes, which require 3 terminal lugs on the line side and load side, and 201 to 251 amperes, which require 6 terminal lugs on the line side and load side. Likewise, this lug kit is also suitable for the SMC flex, especially those using 16 to 120 mm wires. The current range for both SMS types is the same. In addition, it is also used with SMC 50 modules with the same wiring and current ranges. In short, this product is not a generic kit, and was designed to integrate with various series of devices and their parts.
